Payment

Payment for web orders will be at the time the order is placed.  Shipping costs are added to the advertised price.  Refunds for returns will be processed at the time of restock.  Please allow at least 3 days from that time for the refund to process through.

Return Policy

No returns on electrical parts that have been installed or removed from the original packaging.  No returns on manuals.  Returned parts must be in new and sellable condition.  Returns on special order parts must be in original packaging and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Freight costs for returning parts to us will be at the buyers expense.  Parts must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of the purchase invoice.   A refund will be issued by the same method as payment was made.  Defective parts that have not been installed may be returned or exchanged without penalty.  Any part that has been installed may be covered by the manufacturers warranty for up to 90 days and only if installed by a qualified service technician.

Cancellations

Orders for in-stock parts may be cancelled without penalty if they have not shipped.  Special order parts may be cancelled, but the 25% restock fee will apply.  Any order that is refused for delivery at the buyers end will be subject to the same 25% restocking fee and no freight charge refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping of parts orders will happen within one business day from the time of order placement if possible.  Pickup times vary for carriers, especially USPS.  Shipping method will be at our discretion unless previous arrangements have been made.  With large or heavy items requiring LTL trucking, an extra day may be required to prep the shipment and freight pickup is unpredictable.  LTL freight is to a business with a dock or forklift or extra charges will apply for liftgate service.  We are not responsible for damage that has occurred in transit.  The receiver must inspect the shipment for damage before signing the delivery as complete.  We make every effort to package shipments to arrive in good condition.  In the event of a discrepancy or incorrect part where the error was ours, the freight costs will be at our expense.
