COLEMAN TRACTOR COMPANY CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
We are proud to offer the following guarantee to all of our customers who are making a new equipment purchase from Coleman Tractor Company:
Delivery and Transportation
- FREE delivery of new equipment within 100 miles of any CTC location
- FREE transportation for all warranty repairs within 50 miles of any CTC location
- FREE field service travel time for all warranty repairs within 50 miles of any CTC location
Parts and Service Support
- We raise the bar on Kubota standard parts warranties:
- Recommended repairs performed by CTC using new OEM parts are guaranteed for 12 months/ 500 hours (whichever comes first, excludes consumables)
- New OEM parts purchased from CTC and installed by customer are guaranteed for 6 months (excludes consumables)
- Parts delivery and potential same-day transfers between locations
- Inter-store service transfers for specialized technical repairs
- Guaranteed parts availability for commercial-priority parts
- Extended store hours during peak seasons
Commercial Customer Support
- Tailored rental, rental-purchase, finance and lease options available
- FREE pre-delivery inspection
- FREE service inspections during warranty period
- FREE loaner equipment for Kubota warranty repairs lasting longer than 48 hours (during basic warranty period, subject to machine availability)
- Tailored GPS monitoring and remote diagnostics available
- Tailored maintenance and inspection programs available
