Our partnership with APSU Agriculture began in 2017 with six Kubota equipment pieces loaned for use and demonstration at the University’s Farm and Environmental Education Center. This program now includes a tractor, hay baler, cutter, tedder, and RTV loaned to the university and swapped out with new equipment annually.
The APSU Farm is an expanse of 440 acres that are utilized by students in the departments of Agriculture, Biology, GIS and other STEM programs. Out of this acreage, 220 are dedicated to hay production and pasture for the university’s herds of Black Angus and Simental beef cattle. We are proud to offer equipment that not only supports a higher standard of nutrition for APSU’s cattle, but also gives students the chance to engage in hands-on learning opportunities with agriculture, machinery, and STEM programs on the farm.
Recently, we have renewed our partnership with APSU into 2022 and look forward to working with the university well into the future to empower the future generations of bright minds in Agriculture and STEM fields.
